Return & Refund Policy

At AM Mart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully.

Refundable Items

Regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items, ice cream, and frozen products cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to our pickup/shop location: AM Mart, CBR Town, Phase#1, Block#C, Islamabad. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Baby Milk & Diapers

Baby milk (such as Morinaga, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, etc.) and diapers are case-sensitive products. Once the protection seal/package is broken, these items cannot be returned or refunded. Customers can return the product and get a full refund (except Bank/Government fees) only if the seal is intact.
